COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities and its customers have a lot to be proud of when it comes to the reliability of its electric system. The utility’s annual Electric System Reliability Report, presented during the last BPU Board meeting, showed that the system had a 99.986% uptime last year, with an average of only .917 interruptions. When customers did lose power, the average outage lasted 60.8 minutes, with an average restoration time of 66 minutes.
