COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Hampton Hotels, Hilton Worldwide’s global brand of more than 2,000 mid-priced Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Hampton by Hilton hotels, announced Hampton Inn Coldwater as the 2015 Circle Of Excellence Award winner.! This is the first time the hotel has received this award since opening in February of 2008. The award places the hotel, located at 391 N. Willowbrook Road, as one of the top Hampton properties in terms of service and growing customer loyalty.
The Circle Of Excellence Award is an annual award given to the top 10% of Hampton Inns based on the property’s last two semi-annual quality audits combined with guest surveys that track customer loyalty. The hotel has also earned a top 15% quarterly award all four quarters in 2014. In recognition of this achievement, the Hampton Inn Coldwater will receive a plaque to keep on display in the hotel business center.
