BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Bronson swept Union City in a Big 8 Conference girls softball doubleheader on the Vikings diamond Tuesday evening as they won by scores of 15-0 and 17-0.
Lynsey Smith was the winning pitcher in the first game as she struck out four in two innings of work.
Addison Harris drove in three runs.
She along with Jaydn Cary, Haylie Wilson and Kaylee Wilber.
Mya Webb was the winning pitcher in the second game as she tossed four scoreless innings and struck out three.
Wilson drove in four runs in the nightcap while Brealyn Lasky had three RBI’s
Cary and Wilson each had three hits as Bronson improved to 19-8 overall and 12-0 in the Big 8.
Bronson Coach Becky Gray said, “It was nice to see everyone contribute tonight. Everyone was able to get a lot of playing time and experience. We are continually working on improving both offensively and defensively and being able to get everyone in game situations helps us improve.”
