HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – An arraignment was scheduled for Monday afternoon in Hillsdale County District Court after a 16-year-old boy was shot and killed during a fight Saturday night in Somerset Township.
The suspect is said to be a 67-year-old neighbor of the dead youngster.
Various police agencies were called after the shooting incident.
The teenager died after being taken to Henry Ford Allegiance Health Center.
The Somerset Township Police Department arrested the suspect and he was booked at the Hillsdale County Jail on Sunday.
