COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -After three straight days of 90 degree plus temperatures in Coldwater this week, cooler and less humid conditions will prevail through this weekend with plenty of sunshine.
Monday’s high temperature was 87 degrees, with Tuesday at 93, Wednesday hit 92, and Thursday topped out at 91 degrees.
Heat and humidity will return next week, especially by Tuesday and Wednesday when peak afternoon heat indices may exceed 100 degrees. 90 degrees or above is predicted for five more days in June, with the mercury expected to 96 Tuesday and 90 Wednesday.
The summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere will be Tuesday, June 21 at 5:13 a.m.
