COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Early Bird Exchange Club Healing Hill of Hope will once again this year honor Branch County children who have been abused or neglected.
The annual flag placement ceremony will take place Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. at the Naomi Davis Shelterhouse at 220 North Michigan Avenue in Coldwater.
Laura Kopacz will be the keynote speaker. The public is invited to attend.
Incoming Early Bird Exchange Club President Judy Cumming says the 172 American flags and prevent child abuse flags will then fly in formation throughout the month of July.
The event supports local child abuse prevention programs.
