THREE RIVERS, MI (WTVB) – A 19-year-old wanted for homicide in Colorado was arrested on Wednesday night in Three Rivers.
The identity of Gerard Bryant Allison was confirmed by police in Colorado Springs after the Michigan State Police say he gave authorities a false name and date of birth.
The apprehension came after State Police and Three Rivers Police were investigating a possible abduction.
Troopers found a suspect vehicle parked at a nearby apartment complex. They saw two men in a second floor hallway whom they believed to be involved in the attempted abduction.
Both men tried to make a run for it but were captured.
The other suspect was a 19-year-old from Three Rivers. Local charges against Allison are pending.
