COMSTOCK, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater freshman girls basketball team won the championship of a holiday tournament hosted by Comstock on Wednesday night as they rallied from a nine point halftime deficit for a 35-33 victory over Kalamazoo Central. Taylor Wilber led Coldwater with 16 points, five rebounds, six steals and two assists while Jasmine Coppess added nine points and five rebounds. Kaity Meyers also had six rebounds.
