MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – Two of the 41 Michigan State Police Troopers who graduated last week, including one from Hillsdale County, have been assigned to the Marshall Post.
Jordan Flotkoetter from Waldron and Cody King, who is originally from Dexter, began work in Marshall on Monday.
They were members of the 131st Trooper Recruit School which began with 50 prospective troopers.
Training began back on July 17, 2016. The next Trooper Recruit School will graduate on February 3, 2017.
The State Police now has 1,065 troopers assigned statewide.
