COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The National Weather Service is predicting another wintery blast for the Branch County area this weekend. In issuing a Winter Storm Warning through Monday morning, the NWS said snow will be widespread Saturday evening and continuing into Sunday.
The heaviest snowfall is expected from Sunday morning into Sunday evening. The potential exists for a total storm total accumalation of 6 inches from Saturdy night until Sunday evening.
With slightly warmer temperatures, the precipitation is expected to be a rain and snow mix in the Ft Wayne, Indiana area.
The Winter Weather Warning for the Branch County area is in effect from 9:00 p.m. Saturday until 4:00 a.m. Monday.
