COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – An Indiana man was told to serve between 23 months and 10 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after entering no contest pleas to three charges.
40-year-old Corey Ferguson of Goshen entered the pleas to being in possession of methamphetamine as well as operating and maintaining a meth lab.
A no contest plea was also entered on a stolen property charge after he and another suspect were caught in a stolen car last July by Coldwater Police. Ferguson got a concurrent two to five year term on that charge.
All other charges in the two cases were dismissed in exchange for the pleas.
