COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A former Quincy area woman was sent back to the Michigan Department of Corrections on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after entering guilty pleas to three counts of larceny.
37-year-old Esmeralda Gonzalez was given concurrent sentences of between 46 months and 20 years on the three counts she entered guilty pleas to as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors.
She must also pay a total of $456 in restitution on two of the charges.
Gonzalez was previously convicted for stealing lottery tickets from former places of employment in Quincy and Jonesville.
In exchange to her guilty pleas, Branch County prosecutors dismissed two other cases against her.
