BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – Two of the bigger events that take place in Branch County during the autumn are set for Saturday.
The sixth edition of Pints in the Park will take place at the Village of Quincy Park.
The event started in 2016 and has turned into one of the more anticipated and popular events in the area.
Pints in the Park will once again feature craft beers, Michigan wines, food vendors, live music and a home brew competition.
The event is designed to promote Michigan wineries, distilleries and breweries as well as the Quincy community.
It also raises funds to help support the development of a five mile trail connecting the Village of Quincy with the Coldwater trail system.
The Quincy Rotary Club and the Village of Quincy host event.
Meanwhile, the Union City Chamber of Commerce is hosting Farm to Fork which is a free event from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the Rick Mears Amphitheater.
Farm to Fork celebrates the area’s agricultural community.
Food will be served between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.. Dinnerware and water will be provided.
The 2022 Citizens of the Year, Janice AcMoody, Lori Lowande and Ralph Gottschalk, will be recognized at 6:00 p.m..
Live music with Rene Meave will start at 6:30 p.m..
A pie auction for the Linda K. Waite Scholarship will also be held.
Remember to bring your own chairs and/or picnic blanket.
