MINNEAPOLIS, MN (WKZO AM/FM) – The Minnesota Vikings welcome an old NFC North foe to the Twin Cities when the Detroit Lions visit US Bank Stadium Sunday.
The rejuvenated Lions are coming off their first win of the season, a 36-27 victory over Washington in Week Two.
Detroit is the most efficient rushing team in the NFL, averaging over seven yards per carry as a team.
Meanwhile, the Vikings are trying to rebound after a tough 24-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday. The team is led on offense by Justin Jefferson, who already has 232 receiving yards and two scores this year.
Both teams are 1-and-1, and both games between the pair last season were decided on the final play of regulation.
