STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – More information about Sunday’s tragic incident in St. Joseph County when a newly bought dog attacked and killed a four-year-old girl has been released.
The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department identified the victim as 4-year-old Kiyana McNeal.
They say her mother had purchased the Doberman just minutes before from a neighbor.
