CAMDEN TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – No information has been released by the Michigan State Police about a standoff which led to gunfire in Hillsdale County on Saturday afternoon.
WILX-TV reports a woman from Hillsdale was in stable condition at University of Michigan hospital after the incident in Camden Township which started out as a domestic situation involving a man and a woman.
They also report the woman was armed with a long gun when police arrived and that officers opened fire when she pointed the weapon at them.
How the woman was injured is still not clear.
