COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A new Master Plan for the City of Coldwater is ready for review by the public.
The Coldwater Planning Commission Monday night recommended to the City Council that a 63 day public review period that is required by state law be put into the motion.
Director of Community Services and Assistant City Manager Keith Baker indicated that almost a year after work began on updating the Master Plan, the review period should end the process.
Coldwater’s Master Plan has not been updated since 2002.
The Master Plan will guide land use, zoning ordinance changes and overall development goals in Coldwater for years to come.
