ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – About 30 Coldwater High School juniors and seniors had a chance last week to learn about education careers and what Trine University offers for education majors during the first Teacher by Trine education summit.
The students are part of the Education Academy program at the Branch Area Careers Center.
They received an overview of Trine’s education program which allows education majors to finish their teaching degree in four years.
The students also got information on financial aid and scholarship opportunities and attended one of four breakout sessions led by faculty and students in Trine’s Franks School of Education.
