ORLAND, IN (WTVB) – An Orland man was arrested on Wednesday on a level 6 felony for failing to register as a sex offender.
36 year old Andrew Mitchell Ribbey of Orland was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals without incident.
Ribbey was located in the 400 block of North Wayne Street in Angola.
An arrest warrant was issued by the Steuben County Superior Court earlier in the day following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office into allegations that Ribbey failed to register as a sex or violent offender in person as required by Indiana law.
Bond has been set at $10,000.
