COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Cardinals and the Bronson Vikings both won a pair of matches on Wednesday night as the Cardinals hosted a six team mini tournament at the Coach Floyd Eby Gymnasium.
The Cardinals ended up on top in both of their matches as they defeated Mendon three games to nothing by scores of 25-21, 25-12, 25-13 and Battle Creek St. Philip three games to one by scores of 26-24, 23-25, 25-9, 25-15.

Coach Jean LeClair said, “Both matches were very competitive. We started out a bit slow, struggled to connect offensively, but improved as each match progressed.”
