COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater has announced that the last city-wide brush pickup of 2016 will begin next Monday, October 4.
All brush should be placed out by the curbside that Monday, as crews will work their way through the city next week. Anything set out after the last pickup will either not be picked up or charged a fee for removal.
Leaves will be picked up every Monday during October starting next week.
The City of Coldwater would also like to remind residents that burning leaves and/or brush is prohibited by local ordinances and within 1,500 feet of the city limits by state law.
Residents may drop off brush and bagged yard waste Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Compost Site on Industrial Avenue.
