COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -Two men from Elkhart, Indiana were arraigned on Monday in Branch County District Court for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars worth of liquor from a pair of Coldwater stores.
Court officials say 40-year-old Jeremy Michael Sandusky and his 31-year-old brother James are both facing three counts of Organized Retail Crime and three counts of second degree Retail Fraud following an investigation by Coldwater Police.
Two of the alleged incidents took place at the Coldwater Wal-Mart while the other allegedly happened at the Meijer store.
Bond for each man has been set at $150,000. They are scheduled to appear for probable cause hearings on October 4th and for preliminary examinations October 11, 2016.
