SAO PAULO (Reuters) – Brazilian pollster Datafolha on Sunday projected former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will win the country’s presidential election on Sunday, based on the ongoing tally of a runoff vote against incumbent Jair Bolsonaro.
