COLDWATER, MI (WTVB0 – The 30th Annual Coldwater AppleFest hosted by the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce begins this evening in downtown Coldwater.
The festival kicks off with the opening ceremony at 5:30 p.m. That will be followed by an apple pie eating contest, an apple peeling contest and lip sync battle.
The weekend will feature free live music. Those scheduled to perform include Dani Jamerson, the Hipposonics and a Beatles Tribute Band.
Other activities include a craft show, a cornhole tournament along with horse and carriage rides.
Fall craft beers & wine will be available during the festival.
