Annie Freeman, 78, of Coldwater and formerly of Litchfield, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022 at her home.
Graveside services for Annie Freeman will be held Monday, November 14, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Litchfield with Pastor Scott Southerland officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Litchfield.
She was born April 10, 1944, in Salyersville, KY to Leslie and Marie (Fletcher) Marshall.
Annie was formerly employed at Russell Stover Candy in Tennessee. She always said she was high on life and that she loved Jesus and he was her best friend. She enjoyed singing, dancing and being outside watching the birds and squirrels.
Most of all, Annie loved taking care of babies and spending time with her grandchildren, especially Bradley and Tony Watkins.
Survivors include her children, Laurieann Lane of Coldwater, Tammie Lynn Mowrey of Lake Odessa, Loretta Lynn Stanley of Evansville, IN, Rosetta Watkins of Coldwater and Deborah Ann (Richard) Mansfield of Union City; 21 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and former husband, James Watkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Annette Watkins; previous husbands, Gilbert Goldy and Jerry Freeman; and siblings, Ema Jene Smith and John, Herman, German and Ricky Marshall.
