UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Southern Michigan Bank and Trust has announced that their Union City and Tekonsha branches had another successful school supply drive this year.
Community members donated enough supplies to fill 30 backpacks for students as they head back to school.
Southern Michigan Bank and Trust partnered with Tekonsha Community Schools, the Tekonsha Lions Club and Community Unlimited in Union City during the two week drive to help make sure all children have the tools they need to start the school year.
