COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Community Foundation says over $5,000 was raised through on line donations during their Giving Tuesday initiative.
The money raised will support 22 non-profit organizations in Branch County and Colon.
For the second year in a row, the Colon Township Library had the most donor participation on Giving Tuesday and won a $2,000 Community Foundation grant.
The Colon Township Library received 27 donations totaling $681.54.
The Coach Eby Youth and Family Center came in second place with 12 total donations totaling $447.31.
It was the third straight year the Branch County Community Foundation raised funds for local non-profits on Giving Tuesday.
