STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – Tim Stoll of Sherwood will become the Chief Executive Officer at Thurston Woods Village on January 2, 2021.
He was chosen following an executive search to find the successor for long time Thurston Woods C.E.O. Theo Omo who is retiring at the end of the year.
Stoll will spend several days in December with Omo to ensure a smooth transition when he begins his employment.
Stoll is also running unopposed for Branch County Commissioner in the first district which covers Butler, Girard, Sherwood, and Union Townships as well as the villages of Sherwood and Union City.
He is a life long Branch County resident and is currently serving as the Executive Director for the St. Joseph County Commission on Aging. He has also been been a Chief Operating Officer and Administrator at several area retirement communities in the area.
Stoll was involved in the completion of the renovated Rivers Enrichment Center and Residence in Saint Joseph County which combined a senior center with an affordable retirement community.
