This honor is awarded exclusively to NRC clients using My InnerView products.
It recognizes facilities that achieve overall resident or employee satisfaction scores.
To qualify for the award, nursing homes and assisted or independent living communities need to have completed a customer or workforce satisfaction survey in 2015.
Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility provides quality care through extendedstay nursing care to seniors with varying levels of disabilities.
This is the third year that Maple Lawn has earned this national award.
