FREMONT, IN (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was arrested Sunday night by police in Fremont, Indiana after they found out during a traffic stop he was wanted on two active warrants.
53-year-old Richard Warren Small was pulled over on South Wayne Street south of Swager Drive for a registration violation.
Fremont Police said on their Facebook page that officers arrested Small for the warrants, alleging his non-compliance with the sex offender registration act. Small also was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia and later booked at the Steuben County Jail.
