ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – A Coldwater resident was involved in a two vehicle crash Thursday afternoon south of Orland which sent three persons to Cameron Hospital for treatment of what police say were apparently minor injuries.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release that a passenger car driven by Jose Suarez Garfias of Angola was driving north on State Road 327 at 350 North when another vehicle driven by Ahmed Saleh-Muzayid Ahmed of Coldwater allegedly failed to yield the right of way as it was traveling west through the intersection.
The Sheriff’s Department did not identify the persons taken to the hospital in the news release.
They also did not mention anything about possible charges or citations being issued.They did report that alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the accident.
