BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Ten bowlers from the Coldwater Cardinal Bowling teams traveled to the Bronson Strike Zone on Saturday December 31, 2022, to compete in the Annual Sturgis Holiday Singles Tournament.
Representing the Girls were Lily Cook, Madison Kling and Ema Shidler.
After bowling four qualifying games, Cook and Kling made the top eight to qualify for match play.
Lily Cook finished in 6th place, while Madison Kling finished 7th.
Ema Shidler finished in 14th place.
Representing the boys, Chase Rubley, Vinnie Beekman, Lennon Swick, Isaac Jones, Brady Hawver, Kahle Weis and Zach Robison competed in the 41 bowler field.
Rubley finished 13th, Hawver 16th, Beekman 17th, Swick 18th, Robison 28th and Weis 36th.
Coldwater will start their regular season on Tuesday January 3rd, traveling to Jax 60 to face Lumen Christi.
