COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was arraigned on four assault charges on Monday in Branch County District Court in connection with alleged incidents involving a relative in Bethel Township on July 20 and July 22.
33-year-old Jared David Manifold is facing three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault by strangulation. His bond totals $100,000 in the two cases.
Manifold was arrested following a Michigan State Police investigation.
A probable cause hearing was scheduled for August 4 and a preliminary exam will be held on August 10, 2016.
