COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Historic District Commission will be asked on Wednesday evening to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request for a new residential development in downtown Coldwater.
The request from Excel-Deal of Beachwood, Ohio would include 10 apartments on the second and third stories in the former Taylor’s Stationers building along with construction of a new five story multiple family residential apartment building and a parking deck in the Milnes Plaza public parking lot.
The developers intend to market the first floor of the former Taylor’s Stationers building for commercial purposes.
