COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council should be back to full strength by the end of its regular meeting Monday night. Second Ward Councilman Chris Pierce will present his recommendation to fill the vacancy on Council created when Gretchen Ennis submitted her resignation two weeks ago.
Also on the agenda for Monday’s meeting: A new four-year labor agreement between the city and its firefighters; final approval of a five-year lease extension for the Branch District Library; and the second reading and approval of an amendment to the city’s zoning ordinances allowing the maximum height of structures within the central business district to increase from 45 ft. to 60 ft.
