ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – An Indianapolis woman was injured Monday afternoon when her car struck a tree near Angola.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department says 20-year-old Amanda Bundy was pinned in her vehicle following the accident which took place at about 4:10 p.m. on County Road 200 West, North of Buck Lake Road.
After being freed from the car, Bundy was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center by Steuben County E.M.S..
The Sheriff’s Department says alcohol was a factor in the accident and Bundy was not wearing her seatbelt.
Angola firefighters and Angola Police assisted at the scene.
