RAMSOM TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A Camden woman was injured on Tuesday afternoon in Hillsdale County when her vehicle collided with a Pittsford Area Schools school bus.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened at about 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Gilbert and Camden Roads.
Deputies determined that the school bus driven by 68-year-old Frederick Hartman of Osseo was traveling north on Gilbert Road and collided with a vehicle in the intersection driven by 46-year-old Laura Sadowksi which was heading west on Camden Road.
Sadowski was transported by Wright Waldron Fire and EMS to the Hillsdale Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.
No other injuries were reported. The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department and Pittsford Area Schools did not release information as to how many students if any were on the bus.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by Wright Waldron Fire and EMS, Hudson EMS, and the Michigan State Police.
The crash remains under investigation.
