COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Local officials will soon have more data to work with regarding hosuing needs in the area. City Manager Jeff Budd said during Monday night’s Coldwater City Council meeting that the city will be receiving the Target Market Analysis report on Thursday, July 7.
He says the purpose of the T.M.A. was to assess the housing needs of Branch County and specifically the City of Coldwater.
The T.M.A. will be presented at 10:00 a.m. July 7 at the Community Health Center of Branch County Comunity Care and Conference Center.
It was a collaborative effort put together for the region and funded by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
