COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital is sending congratulations to Jennifer Parshall who was recently awarded the Service Excellence Champion Award.
Her nominator stated, “Recently, Jen took some extra time with a patient knowing that the patient was suffering from past abuse and went through the Columbia Screen with them. The patient started to open up to her and talk about what was affecting them. She helped make a difference in this patient’s life. I am so very proud of her and how she is able to connect with patients.”
The award is an ongoing opportunity to recognize employees who are best described as a Service Excellence Champion.
