TEKONSHA, MI (WTVB) – Tekonsha Athletic Director Tim Jenkins has been honored by the Michigan Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association for his years of service as an athletic director.
Jenkins has received the Athletic Director Distinguished Service Award for his 30 years of service as an AD.
Each year, the MIAAA honors Athletic Directors with the award for each five years of service that they have had in the position.
Jenkins received the highest recognition this year for his three decades of service.
There was only one other AD in Michigan that has achieved this accomplishment.
