Rosie Marie Inman, 79, of Sherwood Township, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023, at her home in the care of Centrica Care Navigators Hospice, surrounded by family.
Cremation has taken place, and Rosie will be buried with her husband at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
Rosie was born September 18, 1943, in Union City, Michigan to George and Ada (Magee) Lowe. She attended Union City High School. On December 31, 1960, Rosie married Leonard Inman in Battle Creek. He preceded her in death in 2017. Rosie worked at L&S Products, Bronson Nursing Home, Carriage Inn, and Marshall Manor before officially retiring in 2004.
When not working, Rosie enjoyed bird watching, fishing, gardening, camping, driving her golf cart, roller skating, trips to the casino, and above all else, the family get-togethers.
Rosie is survived by her children: Gene (Wendy) Inman of Union City, Danny ( Laura) Inman of Union City, Donna (Jan) Inman of Warren, Pamela Inman of Union City, Chris Inman of Athens, York Inman of Tekonsha, and Mike Inman of Jackson; 42 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren; and lots of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Rosie was preceded in death by her; parents, and her siblings: Esther Avery, Fred Lowe, and Nelson Lowe.
