COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The next meeting of the Young Professionals of Branch County will take place on Wednesday, April 5 starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce office at 20 Division Street.
It will feature a Zoom meeting entitled, “Mindfulness”.
Ariana Lawrence will be the host. She is a former advertising professional and Midwest native who tackled her own crippling anxiety and is now sharing her secrets with others who are looking to banish their own negative emotions.
Those who attend the 45 minute session will be walked through the scientific reasons we feel “stuck” in our negative emotions and the secret to taking back control
