COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A program sponsored by the youth group at the Tibbits Opera House in Coldwater, Tibbits Theater and Beyond, will give youngsters in the Coldwater community a chance to compete in a 10 day film contest during the month of June.
Students between the ages of 11 and 19 will compete for prizes starting on June 16th with a kickoff event in the Art Gallery in the lower level of Tibbits.
The videos are required to be between three and six minutes.
The final videos must be submitted to the box office at the theatre on Sunday, June 26 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The film contest concludes with the premiere of all qualified videos and selection of winners starting at 7 p.m. June 27 at Tibbits.
A panel of judges will determine the winners. There will also be an audience choice award determined by text voting.
