Zoe Ellen Livermore, 90, of Coldwater, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Drew’s Place in Coldwater.
In accordance to her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. A burial of ashes will be held at Burr Oak Township Cemetery at a later date.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
She was born July 1, 1932 to Thomas and Helen (Kent) Patterson in Sandwich, IL. On May 27, 1965 Zoe married Lloyd “Bob” Livermore in Coldwater and he preceded her in death on March 11, 1991. Zoe had led most of her working career as a receptionist and reporter for various papers until her retirement.
She was a faithful and dedicated member of the First Presbyterian Church in Coldwater where she also sang in the church’s choir.
Zoe held a strong love for dogs always keeping treats readily available in the event she came a crossed a four-legged friend. She harbored a servant’s heart not only in her faith but to her community as well; Zoe volunteered for the CHC Auxiliary and was a member of the American Cancer Society.
She will be dearly missed as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Zoe leaves behind her children Marc (Laurie) Hewitt of Bush, LA, Deborah (Richard) Jackson of White Oak, PA; her sister Sandra (Jim Herman) Patterson of Coldwater; her four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; her loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and her longtime friend Allison Tyson.
In addition to her husband Bob, she was preceded in death by her parents, and her grandchildren Matthew Hewitt and Ricky Jackson.
