COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A drug case involving a Battle Creek man was bound over to Branch County Circuit Court on Tuesday following a preliminary exam in District Court.
24-year-old Kasheen Kellis is facing two charges of dealing or manufacturing less than 50 grams of heroin and cocaine.
Prosecutors have also filed an habitual offender sentencing enhancement because of his criminal history.
He continues to be held in the Branch County Jail on a $1 million bond following his arrest during a Coldwater Police Department undercover drug investigation.
Police say an alleged transaction during the investigation involved less than two grams of drugs.
