ANN ARBOR, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater High School can once again boast of having one of the best bands in the state. The CHS Symphonic Band came back from MSBOA State Band Festival at Ann Arbor Skyline High School with a Division I rating, earning straight I’s in their prepared performance and a II in sightreading, or playing a musical piece after seeing it for the first time.
The band season winds down with the CHS Spring Band Concert on Sunday, May 14; their annual appearance in Coldwater’s Memorial Day Parade the morning of May 30th; and Commencement on Sunday, June 12.
