QUINCY,, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Orioles suffered their first girls soccer conference loss of the season as they lost to Jonesville 5-1. The game was even for most of the first half until Jonesville scored at the 19:19 mark to take a 1-0 half time lead. Joneville then made it 2-0 at the 34:08 mark in the second before the Orioles Hannah Kaser scored an unassisted goal at the 30:10 mark to make it 2-1. Jonesville then scored three more goals in the final 11 minutes of the match.
Quincy is now 4-2-1 on the year and 1-1-1 in the conference.

Napoleon is the sixth ranked team in Division Three according to the latest Michigan High School Softball Coaches Association poll. Katie Swafford had a double in the first game for the Orioles. Quincy was held to one hit in the second game. The Orioles are now 11-4.
