MARSHALL TOWNSHIP, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – The Calhoun County Road Department has announced that construction will begin on Old U.S. 27 north of the Marshall city limits to Highfield Road in Marshall Township on Monday, May 22.
Construction will include a 2-inch mill and resurface.
There will be lane closures during construction, so the road will remain open to traffic.
Drivers are advised to exercise caution and be patient in the work zone.
The estimated project cost is over $481,000, paid for with a combination of federal funds and a local match.
