COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council approved a contract agreement with the city’s landscape architect PM Blough on Monday night for the Rotary Park Project.
City Manager Keith Baker said this comes after the Council discussed during its budget workshop on April 24 to proceed with the design, bidding and construction of the proposed Westside Rotary Park Development Project.
Baker said the contract between the city and Blough is not to exceed $35,000.
The project is being funded in part the state’s distribution of sales taxes collected on the sale of cannabis which is included in the city’s 2023-2024 Budget.
