WHEATLAND TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office says a mechanical failure led to a one vehicle crash on Monday morning on East Bacon Road near North Waldron Road.
They say the crash happened at about 7:44 a.m. when a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Shiana May James of Osseo went out of control. It then went off the road and overturned in a ditch.
James and two passengers were wearing seat belts.
One person was taken to Hillsdale Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash but a news release from the Sheriff’s Office was not clear as to who was injured.
Addison Ambulance and Hillsdale Towing assisted the Sheriff’s Office.
